T-Mobile: Please Hold




I'd post something awesome, exciting, super-cool, but I'm trying to get ahold of T-Mobile right now because they conveniently messed up my rebate. 27 minutes and 9 seconds on hold, new record! (Normally I don't have problems with their customer service..) Anyone else tried contacting them lately? Is it the snowstorm that's causing such chaos?
